Full-Scale Live Event Packages

Who’s Number One Production Package

The Challenge

FloSports had invested millions into it’s Who’s Number One brand and needed live-event graphics to match the quality of and immersiveness they’ve pioneered in the grappling events world.

The challenge wasn’t simply to create a cohesive package, it would also require building new workflows with the production team and training producers on several adobe suite programs.

The Result

My team’s solution was threefold:

1. I lead the designs on an entirely new creative package, including building out full screen 3D backgrounds and animations.

2. I developed the process for training producers on how to use the new graphics and tools.

3. Lastly, I led the way in developing a delivery method through Notion (the project management app) that essentially created a production graphics HUB where anyone in the company could go and see what our latest package assets were, access them and learn how to use them.

FloRacing

The Challenge

FloRacing was a new Sport for Flo but quickly became one of it’s highest performing verticals.

The production team came to us needing a variety of templates for stingers and event openers, as well as updated graphics for their weekly TOP 5 show.

They also wanted to elevate the overall tone of their production by giving the package a Super Bowl feel.

The Result

As the design lead I chose to start with the event opener (above, far left GIF). This would allow us to focus on building something that fit the intense FloRacing brand while also giving it a grandiose tone worthy of The Super Bowl

From there I focused on on how to bring that same grandiose feeling to a graphic that could easily have sponsor and event logos swapped out.

Because we had laid such a strong design foundation for the primary graphics, building out the inserts and TOP 5 titles felt like a natural progression.
